I was having a debate over this with my friend.
Features and details would be appreciated.
Please and thank you.

Bikes only get wobble at high speeds if suspension is off. That's a ridiculous thing to say.
Bugatti Veryon makes the highest (stock) top speed car @ 249 mph (electronically limited).
As far as the fastest stock bike is either the Suzuki Hayabusa or the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14. Both are near identical. Top speed is 186 (Electronically limited). So as you can see the Veryon will win, but the bike will reach it's top speed WAY before the Veryon will. So if it's a quarter mile run, chances are the bike will win. Anything longer and the car will have it.
As far as the guy below saying that bikes tires "shred" at "200+mph", that is why you will not find a stock bike passing 200mph (as I stated). However, it's very possible (explain drag bikes). All you need is upgraded rubber.
By stock you would be implying Street Legal, that is why the tomahawk was not mentioned as it is not street legal.

The fastest production car in the world will beat the fastest bike, yes. But remember this- There are some "really" fast motorcycles out now. The 2016 Ducati 1299 Panigale with 205hp, 2016 BMW S1000rr with 199hp, 2016 Kawasaki H2R with 300hp! All of these bikes have terrifying pick-up, and torque. In short, they will smoke the supercars up to around 200mph. Because of the cars gearing it will pass and continue to climb. Now, here's a reality check!.. For under $20,000 you can buy a Superbike with 200hp that does 0-60 in just over 2 seconds. For the equivalent in a car?.. You're well over 100k. In the real world, driving on streets, in towns, and open roads, how often will you actually be going 200mph?.. if ever?.. In real life situations, the superbikes are faster... In fantasy world, talking about cars you only see hanging in Jr. High students lockers?.. The car can be made faster. Even faster than the Dodge Tomahawk motorcycle, with 500hp and top speed around 300-400mph.

In terms of quick acceleration, motorcycles are usually the fastest, but in terms of all out top speed it is usually cars due to the fact that bikes develop high speed wobble at very high speeds.

Not even close. At 200+ mph motorcycle tires begin to heat up and shred, stability starts to vanish and the engine is pushing it's limits. A Bugatti Veyron is speed governed at over 240 mph -- and you can listen to the stereo while you're doing it.
