Its it difficult to load a Push Mower into truck bed?

I usually tip the lawn mower up so that the front tires contact the trunk and I then push it in. I have transported push mowers in my car's trunk but the lip is pretty low on that.



I have never had the chance to try this with a truck and I am not sure if my method would work.



I am 22 years old, 5'10 and 200 lbs...I am capable of lifting the mower but i have no intention of lifting and lowering a push mower 20 times a week.



I am looking at a 2007 toyota tacoma 4x4

You won't need to lift it if you buy a small trailer with a ramp to pull behind your vehicle.
