Where are you allowed to ride in the back of a pickup truck? ?

Ok we live in Tennesse and what is the law about riding in the back of a pickup truck, in the bed of the truck? Can you get a ticket for it?Can you ride in the back only in certain places? Also can you ride in the back in Fall Creek Falls State Park? Thanks.
