Had a bad pregnancy a few years ago and now I'm trying to get my CDL A license. The nurse told me that I needed to include everything so I told them about that. I passed the vitals and drug test of the test, now they just need my records from my pregnancy. They have that now and it says that i had chest pain during pregnancy, but i don't have that anymore!!!! Can this keep me from passing the DOT physical?

Drug test's aren't part of DOT physicals. Your employer will have you tested per the FMCSA regs, but unless your getting a company sponsered "combination DOT exam/drug test" your talking two different things. Never voluteer unneeded information to a Dr. during a DOT physical. They LOOK for reasons to refer you to their buddies for unneeded stuff. It's the biggest scam going. The Nurse most likely has ZERO knowlege of DOT/FMCSA regs, if there asking for pregnancy records you need to go somewhere else, there fishing for a reason to refuse you.

Dot Test is required to pass by all transportation employs to provide safety in the road. Just check from another health center to confirm. There can be some mistake also. You should not worry about this. My wife also had of problem in passing the DOT test. Then she checked from another health center and passed successfully. I will suggest you to consult with other center and check there.

The chest pains may be something they might be concerned with and that may require you to have a DOT every year but it should not effect you getting a CDL.

NO. DOT physicals are pretty much "warm body checks". If your blood pressure and blood glucose test "normal", and you pass your initial drug screen, you should be good to go.

No. If you had heart damage and were at risk of a sudden heart attack, that would be different.

But if no doctor ever told you of a heart attack risk, then they have to pass you.
