So i applied on govermentjobs for a part time bus driver and they have notified me through email that they have chosen me for the next step for their selection process. In the the email it says that there is a test and i have emailed the person back about it on how i can prepare for the written exam. She emails back saying there is nothing i can do to prepare for it so what do you think i should expect?

Typically you face basic tests of readng, comprehension and numeracy. You might typically be asked to write a short essay about some adverse situation you found yourself in and what you did to resolve it.

But those are just what I faced when I applied to be a London Dial a Ride bus driver (door to door bus transportation for elderly and disabled people). I didn't find my tests difficult but they did immediately cut the number of applicants to exclude those unable to read and understand the English language and to deny any further progression to those who didn't have any command of the most basic simple maths skills.

There is no preparation. Either you have basic English and maths skills or you don't. Every job working with the public will normally need those.
