To be driven in means it is more comfortable sitting and a chauffeur drives. To be driven in means a you drive yourself and it provides a more dynamic driving experience.

Traditionally, RWD (specifically, front-engine, rear-drive) has been the performance enthusiast's platform of choice, because it allowed the best balance of handling and power delivery. FWD cars are easier to learn to drive in, but they have problems with torque steer. Good AWD systems are usually tuned to be biased towards the rear wheels, but they improve handling by controlling wheel spin - but all that extra hardware adds weight.
RWD is usually the vehicle of choice for drag cars, racing cars and drift cars, whereas rally cars are usually FWD or AWD. As for being chauffeured, most of the cars one would buy to be "driven in" are RWD. Think the Mercedes S-Class, Rolls Royce, Audi A8L, BMW 7-Series, Cadillac limousines, and so on. Some of those cars might have an AWD system available but it's not usually standard.

They all have advantages.
Front wheel drive and some all wheel drive get torque steer which can be uncomfortable to drive.
Many all wheel drives are rear wheel drive biased others are front wheel drive biased.
Rear wheel drive can be much more fun but not so good in the snow.
All wheel drive is more complex and uses more fuel. It is all a matter of what you want the car for, how much you want to pay and how much you want to spend on running costs.

I prefer AWD for a daily driver but RWD is certainly the best it you want to have fun in a car!

If you are been driven by a chauffeur it will be more comfort in a two wheel fwd car for it will be a lot smoother and a lot less noise .
