Question:
I have a legitimate question here!?

I have a SAAB 900 SE (2.0t) and my flex pipe broke.

My muffler pipe broke off right at the rear end of my flex pipe and is now dragging on the ground. I have some basic mechanic experience. What would I need/need to do to fix this myself.

I fugured that if the pipe broke the flex pipe would stay suspended. Do you think that there may be more of a problem other than just replacing the felx pipe?

I'll be honest, I don't have a clue how to fix your problem. A word of advice though: try a title that relates to the question so you don't end up with clueless people like me.
