where can i buy a gas scooter or a 1 seat go cart for the street no off road stuff just to ride arround the neighbor hood to to take a quick trip somewhere close...

go cart: something fast arround 25-30 mph? single seat for street
scooter: same as go cart

i want both to be metal i don't want that razor brand stuff i want something that will fit an adult...thanks for all your help..something arround westminster ca 92683?
