Haha, the people who answered your question are retarded. How can the car to your right go first if there are 4 cars at an intersection, that means that everyone is to someone's right and that they should all go. Sooo, whoever gets to the stop sign first gets to go, but since in your question they arrive at the same time, then there is no one car that has the right of way.

I am sure there is not a question that says if all four intersections are filled at the same time. It is usually, "If 2 cars come to the intersection, which car has the right of way?" The answer is the one on the right. Several people that have answered are correct for real life. In real life it is hard to tell who got there first. I've learned that the most important thing to remember is to come to a complete stop and then look at the other intersections to see if they are stopping after you. Some people do not count the actually stopping. They think well I was closer to the stop sign, when they really didn't even come to a complete stop. They are the ones that are causing problems and will get a ticket if a police catches them doing the "Not coming to a complete stop routine." Sometimes it is the more aggressive driver that goes first. Even though that person probably wasn't the one; Some people are inpatient and others are slower than mud and just won't move because they are afraid of making a mistake. If one car is turning and there are two cars across from each other, they both try to make an educated guess on who got there first. If both are going straight, then they both just go. If both are turning, then they both go because they are going opposite ways. It seems like a crazy rule, but amazingly it usually works.

There is absolutely no chance of 4 cars arriving at a 4 way stop signed intersection at the same time. However, the car's proceed in the order that they arrived. just like a flashing red light which is closer to your question.

assuming you are in the US, the car on the right has the right of way when arriving at an uncontrolled intersection at the same time.
In this example do they say how many cars are involved and are there any other traffic controls present?
I've never heard of a question asking what happens when 4 cars arrive all at the same time at a 4 legged uncontrolled intersection. Is this multiple choice? what are the choices?

That questions really is stupid. Somebody will always go first and the other person will always let them. In all my years of driving I've never had a situation like that scene in LA Story where all four drives hit eachother after all stopping at the same time. As memory servers, the text book answer is the person most "clock-wise" so if the other car is to your right, you go first, if it's too your left - they go first.
Strike that, I think the other people are right - it's counter-clock-wise.

The car to the right. If there are cars at all 4 stop signs, it's whoever is brave enough to inch out first.

Logically if four cars are present then someone else is always to someone elses right, so the first one stopped should go first then everyone else would go by the "on the right" rule.
