Out of state plate- what can a cop learn by running it?

Hi, I have a vehicle in Florida with a Florida plate and just moved to California. Out of curiosity, if a cop runs my plate, what can they tell exactly? vehicle ID? Tickets? Insurance?

They can tell:

Your address(current)

Your Previous address

Any driving offenses

Any Tickets

Traffic Stops

Charges on you

If you've in been jail

What was it for

When you got your license

Who owns the car

What kind of car it is(color, age, make, model, registration of car)

and alot of other stuff too

Yeah I think that stuff is federal. I don't think it matters which state you're in
