I drive a 2004 Dodge Neon R/T. I've been saving up money to do some bolt on performance upgrades to my car. I wanted to add a high flow catalytic convertor to my exhaust system. I already have a Magnaflow aftermarket exhaust put on. I went to the muffler shop to talk about price, and the guy there told me that high flow catalytic convertors don't exist and that a catback is a catback and it's the shape that makes the difference and you have to get in according to the emissions standards for your car. I'm asking if this is true or not. I just bought exhaust headers to add on also. I already have a short ram intake installed also. If high flow catalytic convertors don't exist, what else do I need to add besides headers and the muffler?
