I'll make this as short and sweet as possible.
All this takes place this year! Had issues with AC going in and out.
May- Took into mechanic he said it was this wiring problem 300$ to fix I said do it.
May-Broke so took it back, he said its something else 500$ to fix! I said no how do I know it'll fix it this time...he said It'll fix it or your MONEY BACK! GOT IT IN WRITING!

June-ac did the same thing in and out I took it up there he said he fixed it bad solder no charge.
June-ac did the same thing AGAIN in and out he took a look said wiring is bad he fixed it and said it could be the clutch on ac if it is it's non serviceable. It worked...for about the next 3 days...

July today Took it in AC on and off he said $1300 compressor! I said okay you're fixing that for free or my money back? he said no I"m not going to fix it for free and i'm not giving you your money back. I told him i have WRITTEN THAT BACK IN MAY THIS WILL FIX AC PROBLEM OR MY MONEY BACK. HE says do what you got to do. He's the owner

what should I do any advice?

Thanks

Three separate times of taking it in for the AC? Each time you took it off the lot was it working for any amount of time? Since what was originally wrong with the AC was corrected. The compressor going out is a whole different problem than the first so the money back guarantee does not apply.

The mechanic desires money to stay purely like each physique else. does not appear like he ripped you off too plenty for the climate. If something is going incorrect, then you certainly would desire to be complaining (no longer which you mustn't already in case you experience there's a controversy). that is confusing to discover a solid high quality mechanic. it is not precisely the activity for a confusing-working, honest guy. If he's finished the activity exact, thank him. in case you have themes... get a clean mechanic.

sounds like a lot of guess work ! if he could not fix it right then he should have told you in the first place ! take the note with you and see your attorney ! and don,t stop at that, put his name in the newspaper, he won,t like that because it loses business ! kicking on and off you say ? it sounds like either the compressor or it,s not full enough of freon ! the compressor won,t stay in if it,s low ! you have to be very careful who you take your car to these days ! there are a lot of wannabes mechanics out there !

You need to try the mechanic again if he denies it try the management and account. If that doesn't work you may want to even try the CEO. As my last idea you can sue. That is a fine deal of money. As long as you have cold hard documents make copies to keep everything safe. Good luck!

He should have itemized everything I run a shop and sounds like he has no knowledge of a/c diagnosis or repair. Also a/c parts are very expensive each part is very pricey, a hose for it cost like 130 dollars on a car like an elantra or sentra and goes up if you own something like mercedes or jaguar.

If you have it in writing you can easily settle it in court and get your money back. Next time you go to get it fixed bring a friend who might know some stuff about air conditioners or just buy a new one

Easy. Go down to the court house and start small claims proceedings.
