Non-illegal ways to mess with someone's car?

This guy at school was a jerk to me. I want something that isn't illegal, and won't mess with his car too bad, (i feel sorry over the fact he has kids) but i really want to phuck with him mentally.

Let the air out of his tires, but don't slash them, I've put my friend's car up on jack stands and taken his jack out of his car so he couldnt move haha, also window paint is good, I wrote "so gay I can't even drive straight" on somone's car, and also If it's small enough, get a bunch of strong guys together and pick it up and move it somewhere weird, we put one of our teacher's civic on the football feild, I don't know if these are legal, but they won't mess up the car too bad

Stuff a potato in his tail pipe. Car won't start or if it does, it won't run very good. Take a zip tie and attach it around the driveshaft, he will hear a constant tick, tick, tick while driving.
